The objective of our Dance Ministry is to provide an avenue of prayer, praise and celebration to be used as God's instrument to create an atmosphere to worship and exalt our God. Through this venture the entire Body of Christ is provoked, and spiritual applause is ignited.

The Matter of the Heart is to bring Godly women together creating a "Sister to Sister" bond through Godly reverence. The genuine objective is to come to the knowledge that every woman understand what Christ has called her to become. Further using this wisdom to fulfill every role as the 21st Century Proverbs 31 woman, using as a catalyst the Spirit of God working in us and through us.

"Godly Men Empowered to Cause Change in the World in Which We Live." Men, understanding that we are spiritual beings that have been given Dominion to Rule and to Subdue. If we fall short of these facts, we are not fulfilling our God-given purpose in this life, and further, not living life to it's fullest potential.

Raising up a generation of young people that God calls because of their strength. Dreamers and Visionaries that will reach beyond the sky to accomplish God's will. A generation that will do exploits for God. We must give them something postive to hope for. Therefore, let us carry out the mandte to teach them the ways of the Lord.

Emmanuel's Favor in Fitness Wellness Program is designed so that Emmanuel's church family, as well as the community can get excited about fitness.

• It is very important that we stay physically fit and healthy!
• Healthy living and exercise can give you untapped energy!
• Staying in shape helps your blood circulation and can offset many medical problems in the future!

Emmanuel's Favor in Fitness Wellness Program consists of: POWER WALKING, STRETCHING EXERCISES, AND HEALTHY EATING.

1. Power Walking will be an extensive walking routine that will use different muscles and help control your breathing while toning different areas of your body.
2. Stretching Exercises are very important for blood circulation, and will also eliminate cramping and other uncomfortable ailments that may occur without proper warm-up exercise prior to power walking.
3. Healthy Eating is very essential for fitness and wellness. You know the saying, "you are what you eat." Who wants to be a 200 pound cheesecake! This is why it is important that we intake the proper foods in our system.

The Wellness Program Hours are 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!
